We use 3rd Party Shipping services such as UPS and FedEx to deliver your order. During warmer temperatures, sweets are packed alongside Ice Packs.

It will take at least 1-2 Days to process your order and 1-2 Days in shipping transit depending on location. We only Ship Mondays - Thursdays. Regardless of your shipping method at checkout, Shaheen Sweets reserves the right to utilize whichever service and carrier we think is best for the shipment. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight and location of the shipment.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, and you can track your order by clicking "Track My Shipment".

Once we have shipped your order from our location, Shaheen Sweets is not responsible for any delays in shipment. We carefully consider where the order is being shipped to, how long it should take, and weather conditions. We do our best to ship your package in time, however, delays can occur outside of our control.

  • If the item is not deliverable by UPS or FedEx at first attempt, or the wrong address is provided, Shaheen Sweets is not responsible and no refund will be offered.

  • If the item has been delivered but the customer fails to realize and bring it inside, Shaheen Sweets is not responsible for the perishables and no refund will be offered.

  • If a change of address is requested after we have already shipped your items, the customer must directly contact UPS or FedEx with their tracking number and request the address change.

  • If the item is delayed, please contact the carrier through the tracking link that is provided before contacting us. Shaheen Sweets does not have access to additional shipping information other than the customers tracking link.
