For Online Orders:
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. You will receive a full refund if your order has not been shipped. If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot refund your order.
For Pick-Up Orders:
Pick-Up Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made the evening before will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations made the day of cannot be refunded.
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns, nor offer credits nor exchanges.
If you have made a mistake in your order, you must contact us within 60 minutes of placing the order and we will do our best to rectify your order.
If your order has arrived later than you expected and we have not been informed of a specific delivery date, we cannot offer a return/refund.
Only under certain conditions will customers receive refunds. They include but are not limited to the below:
Wrong items are sent and are not what you have ordered
The items have spoiled in transit
You have not received your order (verified by our Shipping Carriers)
