Does the Mithai stay fresh?
Absolutely! Mithai is made Fresh Daily, and Shipped the Same Day! With most* shipping destinations within 1-2 business days and our packaging, our Mithai will stay fresh until it reaches you.
Is this a retail store?
No - our shop is a commercial kitchen where the Mithai for your orders are made and shipped out.
Can I pick-up Mithai from the store?
You can pick-up Mithai from our kitchen as long as you place your order 24 hours before! We try to accommodate same day orders however service is not guaranteed as all Mithai is made to order.
When will my order be shipped?
Shaheen Sweets tries to get all your orders out as soon as possible, however we require 1-2 business days to process your order. Your order is subject to delays if the kitchen is out of stock of an item in your order, if there are extreme weather conditions in our area, or unexpected closures of our shop. Delays also can be expected during the holidays as our kitchen experiences a higher volume of orders.
Do you have alternate shipping options?
Yes we do! We currently ship via UPS/FedEx/USPS. There are overnight options available for each of these carriers. Quotes can be provided upon request.
For larger custom orders, we also ship via Delta to an airport near you. For more information on this shipping method, please contact us.
How can I place a Custom Order?
You can place a custom order by giving us a call at 833-742-4336 or by emailing us! To place an order via e-mail, please provide the following to email@example.com
Full Name, Phone Number, Shipping Address, Mithai Box & Mithai Selection, Shipping Date and any other requests.
Once we have received this information, we will send you an invoice to finalize your order.
