Does the Mithai stay fresh?

Absolutely! Mithai is made Fresh Daily, and Shipped the Same Day! With most* shipping destinations within 1-2 business days and our packaging, our Mithai will stay fresh until it reaches you.

Is this a retail store?

No - our shop is a commercial kitchen where the Mithai for your orders are made and shipped out.

Can I pick-up Mithai from the store?

Yes! You can come by our Factory Kitchen during business hours, however, we recommend placing your order 24 hours in advance since orders are generally made to order. If same-day pickup is needed, please give us a call and we will try our best to accommodate.

When will my order be shipped?

Shaheen Sweets tries to get your order out as soon as possible, however, we require 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders only ship Mondays - Thursdays to ensure timely delivery and freshness. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your email. Sometimes, delays can happen in shipping. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

Do you have alternate shipping options?

Yes! We currently ship via UPS/FedEx/USPS. Expedited options available for each of these carriers. Quotes can be provided upon request.

 

For larger custom orders, we also ship via Delta to an airport near you. For more information on this shipping method, please contact us.

How can I place a Custom Order?

You can place a custom order by filling out our Custom Order Form. You may also give us a call at 833-742-4336.

To place an order via e-mail, please provide the following to info@shaheensweets.com: Full Name, Phone Number, Shipping Address, Mithai Box & Mithai Selection, Shipping Date and any other requests. 

Once we have received this information, we will send you an invoice to finalize your order.
